Faith and “Blank”

I call out to you and you answer me. Jeremiah 33:3

Dear Father, today I feel blank. I feel uninspired. I lack Your direction. I need Your help. I am tired and confused. I am so grateful that You are not. Even when I am weary, You are strong. When I am simply walking in my seemingly mundane routine, You are still moving in my life; doing Your good work. Because that is Your character. You are the amazing God that has chosen to involve Yourself in Your creation’s life, and for that I am so thankful.

I choose to trust You today to encourage others throughout my life. Father, there are those facing overwhelming difficulties. I ask You to help them. I thank You that You are a God who helps us in the small things as well as what looks big to me. You do not differentiate between the two.

Please send your healing power to my friends and family who need your healing. He sent his word, and healed them and delivered them from their destructions. Psalm 107:20 Please touch their bodies and bring strength.

I thank you, Father, for sending wisdom to the troubled. I thank you for showing them their strength they have in You. I pray for them the prayer Asa did against Israel’s enemies. Then Asa cried out to the Lord his God. “O Lord, no one but you can help the powerless against the mighty! Help us O Lord our God for we trust in you alone. It is in your name that we have come against this vast horde. O Lord, you are our God; do not let mere men prevail against you. 2 Chronicles 14:11

Father God Most High, I praise You for what You are doing today, right now, in this moment. And I thank You that You are here to listen to all of us pour our hearts out to You. Thank you Lord! Amen.
